Prototypes you can count on.
IndTool, Inc. can produce prototypes ranging in quantity from a single piece up to hundreds of units with sizes ranging up to 8” x 20” turning and 20” x 40” milling. We have the capability to use a variety of materials including stainless and carbon steel, tool steels, aluminum, titanium and plastic. From the minute we receive your approval on our quote (usually back to you in 2-3 days), we will put your job into production with as fast a turnaround time as possible, but never rushed to sacrifice the quality you deserve and expect.

Production machined parts to fit your needs.
We provide both manual and CNC production services in a variety of metals and plastics with a focus on quality every single step of the way. Our highly skilled machinists are well trained and supported by a fully stocked tool crib. We accept all standard CAD formats.

Turning your parts from start to finish.
The CNC turning process at IndTool is capable of completing a customer’s part from start to finish. Our sophisticated work order processing system and modern equipment allows us to give our customers the most accurate machined parts with minimal teardown and set-up time. Along with the CNC equipment, IndTool produces low-volume and specialized parts with manual turning machinery.

Milling to meet your needs.
IndTool uses 4th axis technology and multiple machining centers to produce highly accurate machined parts for today’s industry. Our machines are capable of holding close tolerances while performing at very high speeds. This allows us to meet our customers’ needs within a tight timeframe without sacrificing quality.

Gear Hobbing/Broaching – capable of AGMA class 10.
IndTool can hob both helical and spur gears for today’s gear manufacturing applications. We utilize both gear hobbing and gear shaping equipment to meet our customers’ needs. ID Broaching compliments our gear making capabilities.

Grinding to your tolerances.
Depending on your company’s needs, IndTool’s grinding department has the ability to grind surfaces to a close tolerance using the latest grinding and honing equipment available.

Forming, welding and fabrication services – all in-house.
IndTool goes beyond our proven machining capabilities to provide our customers with tube forming, welding and fabrication services. By utilizing our in-house welding equipment and fabrication tools, we provide our customers with quality products they can count on.
